RETURN POLICY
1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
2. Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
3. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
4. Return will not be accepted after 30 working days.
5. Return requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
6. Standard length of suit is 7 meters with 35 inches width. Suits with extra meters will not be returned.
EXCHANGE POLICY
1. An item can only be exchanged in case of any defects with proof, within 2 days of delivery.
2. An item will only be exchanged with an intact duplicate that doesn’t contain the same defects as the former.
3. To exchange a purchased product, the customer will have to submit a form with proof and details of the defected items.
CANCELATION POLICY
1. An order will instantly be canceled if the billing information is inaccurate or incomplete.
2. If a customer doesn’t confirm their order within 24-hours of placement, the order will be marked as ‘Cancelled’.
3. An order can only be canceled before 06:00 PM on the same day. If you have placed order after 06:00 PM, it will be dispatched on next working day so you have the next whole day to cancel the order.
4. If a customer cancels an order past the suggested time limit, their appeal will not be accepted.
